What is Evergreen Bridal?

Evergreen Bridal provides a convenient and cost-effective alternative to traditional wedding florists. We offer a wide selection of beautiful, high-quality artificial floral arrangements that you can rent for your wedding day. This allows you to achieve stunning floral décor without the high costs and waste associated with fresh flowers.

How do I place an order?

Simply enter your wedding date, browse our collections, and add your favorite items to your cart. A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event. Orders can be placed online or in-store at our Osage Beach location.

When should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least 90 days before your wedding to ensure availability. The final deadline to place or change an order is two weeks before your event. If you’re within that timeframe, please call us—special arrangements may be possible.

Can I reschedule or cancel my order?

Yes! If your wedding date changes, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

Cancellations:

  • 60+ days before your event → full refund of your deposit.
  • Less than 60 days → store credit for your deposit.

What is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 5 days. If you need more time, additional days can be added at checkout. Late returns may incur fees, and items over 14 days late will be charged at full retail value.

Do you offer custom designs or mix-and-match options?

Yes! You’re welcome to mix and match from any of our collections. If you have a specific vision, our design team can help customize your arrangements based on availability (additional fees may apply).


Do you offer flower wall rentals and destination weddings?

Yes! Flower walls can be rented just like our floral collections and are perfect for ceremonies and photo backdrops. We also accommodate destination weddings within the continental U.S. (and select locations outside this area—call us to discuss options).

Can I visit Evergreen Bridal in person?

Absolutely. Visit us inside Evergreen Home & Floral in Osage Beach, Missouri. Appointments are recommended so we can give you one-on-one assistance and show you our full rental collection.

Can I rent for bridal portraits or purchase my bouquet?

Yes. You can rent for your bridal portraits or choose to purchase your bridal bouquet after your event. Just let us know when booking or after your wedding.

What happens if I place my order and I have to reschedule my wedding?

If you need to reschedule your wedding, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. We offer flexible rescheduling options to help ease your stress.
